Complete Rubbish Raid, as per normal.
Half of Eve has Multiple Accounts and the other half has Alts.
Is the ISS neutral, very much so ...but not stupid. We tried giving total unrestricted access to all including "day old" players and "Starter Corporations"
How was this repaid....... by a stream of Alts, undocking, destroying themselves and leaving cans at the undocking point so that ships are ganked when undocking...
Has the situation in KDF improved, very much so, has it made a profit, yes.

Seems like common sense to me, I know thats hard for you to understand.
As long as you don't shoot at the ISS and park outside the Outpost staion / gates
with your Alts "ready to explode" then you activities have nothing to do with the
ISS.

if Char A is a Pirate then when you logout and login with Char B has to be a pirate also.

Then live with it but don't try to make lame excuses why you shoot at the ISS.

Saying he has one in the Navy and one that is rarely used was / is a pirate.

This is your biggest flaw ...
You try to use "out of game reality" to backup your limited argument ...
If hes signed in as Char A the hes Char A, if hes signed in as Char B then
hes Char B .......
Half of Eve has characters on both sides of the fence and tbh if thats you only argument
for why you getting spanked then I would "hush" now.

ISS opened up a Trade Station "open to all" except for the little boys
who couldn't keep their peckers from shooting people.
Either put you little pecker away and you wont notice they are there
or get a bigger pecker and stop running to the forums

ISS considers itself neutral until you shoot at them or in the Outpost system ... then they consider them hostile ....
Wot part don't you understand, too many big words or are you trying to forum war because you "in game" miltary is getting spanked and living on the odd indy kill.
If you don't want the ISS there .... its easy .... do something about it apart from "forum *****" ..
Action speak louder than words .....
